“I was an activist and doing all this stuff that activists do, stressing myself out and I got a chance to be in a retreat with Lama Tsomo and I was able to find a real practice that really works for real people with real problems.”
About Me, Lama Tsomo
In my 20 years of teaching, I’ve learned that the most challenging part of meditation is making it a daily habit. I wanted to create this book to help those who are interested in meditation learn how to gain the most benefit and create a healthy, sustainable daily habit. We’ve also incorporated scientific tid-bits that reflect my interest in brain science and how it relates to meditation and habit.
