If you are unhappy with an item, received it as a gift you didn’t want, or the item is defective, we are here to help with your return.
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days
of the purchase date of your order. You can return your order for a store credit, an exchange, a replacement or a refund to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges are not subject to return, credit or refund.
Please note the following:
- Discounted items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items should be in their original packaging, with tags still on, if applicable.
- Returned items should show no signs of visible wear or use and should be in the condition in which you received them.
- Returned items must be accompanied by the proof of purchase or receipt.
You are responsible for shipping charges for returned or exchanged items. If you exchange an item, we will not charge for shipping the replacement.
